DRAFTDRAFTDRAFT

The budget was released yesterday. We are experiencing reduction in economic input from the government, which translates to a general 'cut-back' in services. We measure authority's actions materially. The amount of money that is involved equates to output, input and denominator. Though it is not material in the true sense. Money which incorporates cash and debt values all. We crouch beneath the banner of money. Those in poverty are unable to do that which is a natural entitlement; the maintenance of mind and body. And then the government provides a safety net redistributing wealth. Supposedly.

These cuts to our socia safety net sont au cause de la crise, which after so many repetitions in modern history is clearly a self perpetuation for wealth to gravitate to itself; the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. This is an objective perspective, whilst the cut's are subjective, that is to say, we can look at economics and history but in reality the moment dictates emotion and culture. It is all very well to historicise and quantify social shifts, (economic, political) and classify the present in ancient categories but really and truly people are being pushed deeper and deeper into poverty. The most important thing in this age is the awareness we potentially have for fellow humanity. Never before have we been able to send instantaneous messages across unfathomable distances either in voice, text or image; we have a greater duty to those that are exploited by us now or historically for the instant effects are obvious. Perhaps hidden from sight but the information exists. In More's Utopia he talks of the barbarism of hunting. About the foolish nature of a group of humans, using the best of their technology and with fierce domesticated slaves chasing after a single victim. Though hunting human VS animal can transpose to human VS human. Those who hunt are satisfying a blood-lust, a hunter manipulates the state of nature in order to attain a distorted pleasure. Similarly we see people doing this on one another in a thirst for power. Be that vis-a-vis or invisibly. By which I mean people can overpower in crude manner another physically, using sound or space, word or violence. But invisibly I talk of things existing in only the mind. A psychic manipulation which sits in the subconscious. Be that a law laid down or seed sewn to repress. We are victims of the bad habits we allow to control our society. So to transpose more thoroughly hunting in relation to cut's,

I was speaking to someone who works for the NHS, in one of the many trusts which are provided with funds to carry out services in specific ways. There are innumerable needs for those serviced by the NHS, one of Europe's largest organisations. The trusts can specialise in ways that hospitals cannot. Or to be more precise, there is a need for medically trained experts in the brain, the bones, the blood, the bowels. This is 4 examples from 1 letter in the alphabet. Then there must be those who work with the basic information processed with each individual, be that the doctors and nurses or the patients. The fuel for the body that is the National Health Service. Food, cleanliness, efficiency
